| Carolinas has three principal buyers whose responsibilities range from negotiating prices to obtaining RGAs for returnable merchandise. The buyers also put on some information clinics for our sales force. It is in the buyers' best interests to see that the products they maintain are successful. |

Alan Campi runs our P.B.& E. division. He is very aggresive and capable. This department has won several national awards from vendors such as Carborundum and Coverlay. His department has experience tremendous growth with the addition of our private label Pro-Finish brands of clearcoats, primers and basecoats. |

When you call in your order someone from our sales group will answer the phone. We have around 25 phone salespeople, all of whom are very well versed in auto parts. Most have grown up in the auto parts industry. |

We also have a small counter pick up area for local traffic or for customers driving in from out of town... |

Once the order is taken we send the paperwork to the central office where a packing slip is generated. The order is then shipped by the most efficient carrier method. |
